Alana Palmedo is a Managing Partner at Paradigm. She joined Matt and Fred shortly after the firm's founding in 2018, and helped build out firm operations as COO. Now, she co-runs the firm with Matt across Investing, Research and Operations, with a particular focus on cultivating a high performance culture and identifying exceptional talent. Prior to joining, Alana spent over a decade in investment management as an analyst at Bill Gates' Investment Office (Cascade), and Boston University investment office where she covered everything from asset allocation and risk to public equities, private equity and venture capital. Alana earned her MBA from MIT Sloan and BBA from Pacific Lutheran University.
