As a seasoned tax professional, Mario spent years helping clients navigate the complex landscape of blockchain and digital assets. He's assisted clients in determining the unique regulatory and tax consequences of their global operations as well as advising clients on cryptocurrency taxation, structuring, valuation, accounting practices, custody, operational risks, vendor selection, and anti-money laundering. Mario holds an LLM in Tax from Boston University and a JD/MBA from Florida International University. Lastly, he's been admitted and is a member of The Florida Bar.
